Every child is unique and because of that, they will showed us their changes at a certain ages. In their early age, some of them shows their physical changes, changes of attitudes and behaviors but some may don't.. But all of these are normal and common. . I know, as a parent, most of us are happy to see their progress and as an appreciation of my baby ALyssa who is now 13 months old, i am thrilled to shared with you some progress for a 13-month old baby.
Most babies should be able to . . .
Say two or more words other than mama or dada
Stand well
Bend over to pick up objects
Take a few steps
Walk with help
As the baby takes charge of her own mobility, she'll be better able to satisfy her curiosity about the world around her. So don't be too surprised if she ends up decorating the wall with that crayon she found on the floor; now that she's getting better at using her hands, works of art will soon start popping up all over the place...
How your life is changing: Communication with your 13-month-old is getting more sophisticated all the time. She's probably got the hang of "Dada," "Mama," and a few other recognizable words, though she's still quite good at making her desires known without much vocabulary. When she wants down, she'll point down; when she wants your attention, she'll tug your shirt. She's also understanding a good percentage of the simple language you use around her every day, so be sure to talk to her and read to her as much as possible.
