My Camera is not good

It's been awhile that i was planning to replace my kodak digital camera because i'm not really happy using it no more. Sometimes if i try to turn it on the cover of the lenses won't even open. I love to take pictures that's why camera is really huge for me. I do sometimes used my phone to take pictures when my camera do not let me to use it. It's disappointing. I would love to find me another digital camera which is cheaper or perhaps, i would go for Panasonic digital cameras which is hubby's first option.
