brother's Acne problem

My brother is having a problem with his acne. He already tried many acne treatment but it just scares him because it gets a lot worst. I told him that i'm going to buy the best acne treatments and send it off to him as soon as i can. He was somehow feel relieved that i was able to give a solution for his problem. He is 20 yrs of age and I know how difficult it is when you have so much acne in your face. So right now i am on the process of finding for the good and effective acne treatments for him
