Stepson's Acne

Acne is very common skin problems by almost everyone, both teenagers and adults. They can be very embarrassing. Of all other areas of the body, why they like to appear in the face?

My step-son is practically dealing with acne problems lately. He has it all over his forehead and the chin. Sometimes he bust it out but i told him not to because it will make a bad scar. Husband put some acne cream in it but it don't help. I never heard about acne pills before. I don't know if it help but my step-son wanted to try. My only concern is my step-son is 14yrs old. Is it advisable for him?
