My brother's dream career

I just had a huge conversation with my brother back in PI about getting a job in Manila. But that is uneasy. He is asking me to lend him some money for getting his security guard license and uniforms. He has been wanting to be in that field since we have a cousin who is been working as a successful security guard for very long time.

As for my decisions, i don't know yet. Him being away from our parents is not a good choice specially where he is a kind of person who is a little bit wild when he gets drunk. In the lighter note, we want him to give a chance to stand on his own and be a responsible adult. I am a little confused..I don't want the money will be going to waste or i don't want him his dream career will put him in a bad situation. I am just being paranoid, I guess.
