future plan for the house

There are so many things that needs to be done and remodelled before we achieve the perfect house we're wanted. Maybe not at this moment but in later years, i wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. I wanted to put granite countertops in our kitchen, replace the old-fashion sinks and perhaps put some few inches of tiles in the walls. As for our bathroom, i'm not really a fan of hardword floors which were having right now, so i wanted to change or put vinyl or tiles in top of it. (don't know if it work that way though) Basically that is what i only wanted for a perfect bathroom. Husband also plan on installing heat pump for the entire house. Hopefully when the time comes, we achieve these goals.
