Orders recieved

I just have my order arrived yesterday from ilikebags. Although i appreciate the fast shipment of the items but i am a bit on doubt on whether or not i will make another batch of orders from the site. I am pleased with the products. They were all nice and never expect it. But one thing i don't like about them is they never replied to your messages which they claimed in their site they will. I probably sent not only 5 messages asking for my $20 back for shipping fee that they charged me of purchasing 3items. I supposed to get free shipping because i bought 3items according to their site. How come they still charged me and when i emailed them i can't get no response.? I shouldn't expect too much on website like that though. I feel lucky to recieved my orders..
