Losing weight is difficult tp achieve. It takes a lot of time, patience and energy to before you achieve your goal. Like me, i been working of burning belly fat for 16 days now and never lose anything yet. The worst part about it, is i gained two pounds. Thats just even frustrating.! I search couple of website regarding these issue and somehow i learned that i was probably building up muscles and muscles are heavier than fats. I don't know really. I mean, i hope so...I hope that is just the case and the food i ate is not the reason. Not to mention, we been grilling and cooking out every weekend, the pork and chicken is just so tempting. But regardless of what happened, i still continue doing an exercise regularly as it is good for my overall health.
